Welcome to A Grateful Plate (formerly Beyond Vegan), a Black-owned, scratch-made whole-food vegan kitchen in Westchester, Los Angeles. By accessing this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Ordering. When you place an order you agree to provide accurate, current contact, delivery, and payment information, and confirm you are authorized to use the payment method. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We may refuse or cancel an order — for example, if an item is unavailable or the order can’t be safely fulfilled — and will refund any charge in that case.

Perishable food & allergens. Our meals and juices are fresh and perishable. You agree to provide accurate delivery details, to be available to receive perishable food at the scheduled time, and to refrigerate items promptly on arrival. Our kitchen is entirely plant-based and soy-free, but we cannot guarantee against cross-contact; if you have a severe allergy, please contact us before ordering.

Pricing & menu. Prices, menu items, weekly rotations, and delivery zones may change at any time. We work to keep pricing and product information accurate, but errors can occur; if we discover an error affecting your order, we’ll contact you.

Subscriptions. If you sign up for a recurring meal plan, you authorize recurring charges under the plan’s terms until you cancel. You can manage or cancel from your account or by emailing info@bveats.com; changes apply to future orders that haven’t yet been prepared. See our Subscription Policy for details.

Refunds, returns & shipping. These are governed by our Refund Policy and Shipping Policy, which form part of these terms.

Intellectual property. All content on this site — text, images, recipes, branding, and the #JUICEBAE mark — is owned by A Grateful Plate / Beyond Vegan and may not be used without permission.

Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, A Grateful Plate is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this site or our products. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
