Cancellation policy

A Grateful Plate offers optional recurring meal plans so your favorite scratch-made meals arrive on a schedule.

How it works. When you subscribe, you authorize A Grateful Plate to charge your payment method on the recurring cadence you select (for example, weekly or bi-weekly) at the price shown at signup, until you cancel.

Managing your plan. You can skip, pause, change, or cancel your subscription from your account, or by emailing info@bveats.com. Changes take effect for future orders that have not yet been prepared or billed — please make changes before your next processing date.

Pricing & menu. Subscription pricing, available plans, and weekly menu rotations may change; we’ll give notice of any price change to active subscribers. Any subscription discount applies only while the subscription is active.

Cancellation. You may cancel at any time with no penalty. Cancellation stops future charges; it does not refund an order already prepared or shipped (see our Refund Policy).
